He was once a very good Surgeon and doctor, did both of our boys' ears for tubes and we were happy with him at the time (thus 1 star rather than 0). What to expect now from his office? They'll schedule tests without notifying you (which you'll get to learn about when you're called about having missed them...), then they'll hold your results hostage to extort another office visit co-pay from you. Let them know that you're not coming back and why, and Dr. Bruce himself says "It'll be a pleasure not to see you again". Yeah, glad to have paid his office tens of thousands of dollars for multiple surgeries and visits for my family... Will go elsewhere, anywhere else, in the future and recommend that you do the same...
