I never have any issues with the assistance office. The Ppl there are very kind and helpful! I'd like to say that Mrs Seebold goes out of her way to help her clients!! I used to have to go through Snyder county and always had issues with being dropped for no reason. I am a single mother who makes minimum wage and they would always screw me somehow. It was my case worker not wanting to dk their job!! Ever since i moved to union county I've had no problems and they do everything they can to help me! Thanks to everyone at union county assistance!!
People certainly do take advantage of the Medicaid system but for someone who truly needs help to get on their feet, to be treated with anything less than dignity and respect is unacceptable. Thumbs down to Jeff Johnstonbaugh for allowing his head to become bigger than his heart.........
I am thankful for the little help I receive right now while getting back on my feet but I just have to say what the hell's wrong with reception? It is just the one woman, but she is so incredible rude and disrespectful. When I go in she always ignores me for at least 5 min, always snippy, always slamming and tossing paperwork on the counter and through the bottom of the window. I always find myself apologizing for nothing and telling her to have a great day with no reply, she won't even respond to "hello, how are you?" today I called in to switch doctors and it was ridiculous. She cut me off, raised her voice, and treated me like an idiot. She explained me caseworker did not need to be bothered with my issue and I needed to take care of it myself. She asked me if I even knew who my doctor was and if they accept MA. I am so sick of this woman treating me like a piece if trash!
