Staff was very friendly and helpful. I love that they have a large selection of heavy duty toys for my German Shepherd puppy. She destroys most toys. But not they heavy duty ones Pet Value carries. Angela was very helpful.

What a nice clean place to bath my dogs. I took the two yorkies and I didn't have to break my back to get them done. Nice high bathing stations and places to secure them. I love the blow dryer work nice and quick also did my clipping there. That was a little rough b/c the height of the table that I had to do this on. I could of used a stool. But to get them bathed and what I could get clipped I am happy. I can do the rest here at home.
We have been purchasing our dogs “fancy” food here for a while now and the product couldn’t be better. But even more impressive is the quality of service. The gentleman who assisted us today (and I’m so disappointed that we didn’t pay attention to his name) was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help us, was incredibly knowledgeable, and was so excited for another customer who was adopting that it made everyone in the store happier for having been in! He was just wonderful and — no matter what he’s getting paid — he deserves a raise!
