I was very disappointed with the communications and disclosures and the related referrals that they made ultimately costing me a lot of money, I felt, in excess costs. Numerous calls of "just one more thing" and good news, bad news, - mostly bad news. Towards the end it appeared to me that they were advocating for the buyer and to my knowledge they never sought to find a second potential purchaser.
When you want Real Estate done right, these are the people to call. Both Nicolette and Mathlene have sold properties for us in the last year, all in record time and for what we felt was top dollar. Nicolette is currently showing us homes in Danville and Lewisburg, even though there is not much to see, she keeps us up to date and filters out the junk. Very knowledgeable people with this group, people we trust.
Talked to Nicolette at this company and let me tell you, she has a HORRIBLE attitude. She only cares about lining her own pockets with money. We went with a different real estate company and was able to get a beautiful home for an affordable price.

Would not let them sell a house for us again. We agreed on 3% realtor fee. Till it was said and done 6% was taken out of our check. Still trying to get our 3% back. Very fustrating!
